Lacey's Foals

Beinn Bhreagh Genesis
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)
Genesis 1993 chestnut mare

Our first purebred Morgan foal, Genesis was everything we had hoped for - big, bold, beautiful and flaxen as an added benefit! Sold as a four year old to Albert & Darlene Ross, Genesis died as the result of a tragic accident, days before her first show. Her memory lives on in the Ross' farm name - Genesis Supreme Morgans.

Beinn Bhreagh Heartsafire
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)
Haley 1994 chestnut mare

Haley was named for the heart shaped star she carries on her forehead. She has been retained by Beinn Bhreagh Morgans and has produced one foal to date, Beinn Bhreagh Cailean. Click on her picture to see him.

Beinn Bhreagh Delion
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)

Delion 1995 chestnut gelding

Delion (pronounced "je layun") is Gaelic for flaxen and he certainly is that! He was purchased before weaning by Joyce Grant-Smith of Granville Ferry, Nova Scotia. Being petite, Joyce was looking for a purebred Morgan on the small side who would be her riding horse when he matured. At last check, Delion was 15.2 and that's only because Joyce stopped measuring! He's all of 15.3hh. Despite his size, he is everything Joyce asked for.

Beinn Bhreagh Courage
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)

Courage 1997 chestnut gelding

When Courage was born, we knew we had found a combination that consistently produced high quality foals. By now, the only questions were male or female and how much white! Courage was as beautiful as his brothers and sisters before him and had something special besides. For this reason, he was maintained as a stallion until 2002. Gelded because we were not set up to live with two mature stallions, Courage has one foal with Columar Christie - a 2001 colt Beinn Bhreagh Argyle. Beinn Bhreagh Logan
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)
Logan at 2 1998 chestnut gelding

Purchased by Albert & Darlene Ross the day he was born, Logan has grown to be a big, blonde beautiful boy. He was shown successfully on the line as a two year old and represented the Morgan breed in the walking ring at the Maritime Fall Fair as a three year old. Darlene has great plans for this guy!

Beinn Bhreagh Dulcimer
(Constant of Quietude x Sanjo Legacy)
Dulcimer in first hour
2000 chestnut filly

Born July 1, 2000 Dulcie was our Canada Day present as well as our millenium project! A sweet, sensitive filly Dulcimer has grown to be a very light chestnut with platinum mane and tail. With her high white socks and big blaze, she really is an eye catcher.

Dulcie now lives in Shediac Cape, New Brunswick with Christy MacKnight. Congratulations to both Christy and Dulcie on their new partnership. I'm sure you'll have many years together.

Beinn Bhreagh Calum
(Constant 0f Quietude x Sanjo Lagacy)
Calum at 14 mons 2001 chestnut colt

The youngest of the bunch, Calum is a handsome lad who continues the tradition set by his older brothers and sisters. Bold and friendly, he carries the flaxen colouring and promises to have size, strength and stamina. This picture doesn't do him justice but it was as far away as I could get!
